SAMPLE COLLECTION AND STORAGE
Urine - Aseptically collect the first urine of the day (mid-stream), voided directly into a sterile container. Centrifugeto remove particulate matter, assay immediately or aliquot and store at ≤-20oC. Avoid repeated freeze-thawcycles.
尿液：请收集清晨第一次尿液（中段尿），或24 小时尿液，2000×g 离心15 分钟后收集上清，并将标本保存于-20oC，且应避免反复冻融。
