When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 : This gene encodes an intracellular protein that interacts with members of the MORF4/MRG (mortality factor on chromosome 4/MORF4 related gene) family and the tumor suppressor Rb (retinoblastoma protein.) The protein may play a role in senescence, cell growth and immortalization. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2013]
Function:
MRFAP1 is found in a complex composed of MORF4L1, MRFAP1 and RB1. It interacts via its N-terminus with MORF4L1. It also interacts with CSTB and MORF4L2.

Nucleus. Cytoplasm; perinuclear region. Note: Colocalizes with MORF4L1 to cell nuclei.
