Nucleus.

Tissue Specificity:

Highest expression in heart, skeletal muscle and pancreas. Less abundant in kidney, placenta and brain. Lowest expression in kidney and liver.

Post-translational modifications:

Phosphorylated in the RS domains.

Dimethylation at Arg-241 is probably asymmetric.
