3） 6xHis标签比普通（Tag）要小得多，经纯化后的蛋白可直接进行下游操作。可用于任何表达系统（包括： 细菌，杆状病毒和哺乳动物）

4） 6xHis标签在生理溶液pH下不带电荷，其标签不会干涉重组蛋白的结构和功能， 6xHis不会影响蛋白分泌。

5） 6xHis标签免疫原性差，重组蛋白可以不必除去标签而直接作为抗原进行免疫。
